Summer Reading Programs

February 12th, 2010

Bring history alive with one or more mounted warriors. Historical riders can help your librarian to bring a first-person account to a summer or other season’s story time. All story time presentations are custom-tailored to your group’s needs and can involve topics like horse history, armor, careers, riding, or life in the (current) middle ages. Riders can appear in either normal clothes or full costume including armor and can bring “touch table” items such as blunted training swords, lances, chain maile, and more!
