Pas d’Armes

September 11th, 2011

Pas d’Armes are specialty tournaments in which chivalry, courtesy, and appearance matter as much as skill on the field. The field is divided into two sides with the challengers inviting the challenged to engage in combat or games of skill. Truly the most photographic of all the events, Pas are a wonderful tribute to the glory and pageantry of medieval horsemanship.
